Ascension Island November 2014

Great fishing on ASC for the last weeks. 200 lb plus yellowfin ever day and also good numbers of Blue Marlin with some grander size Blues in between.
Oskie Rice is fishing for a month now and had already seen and hooked a few Blues around the mark with one loosing that he called the biggest he has ever seen ( and he has already weighed a 1200 pounder).

HARMATTAN is out of the water and will be ready to fish form the end of november.

Cape Verde End of Season

Another great Season for the SMOKER Team!!!
We ended up with 166 Blue Marlin releases in 2.5 month of fishing. 25 Blue Marlin were over 500 pound , 2 of them 900 lb plus.

For next season we still have a couple of weeks available but 80% is already full.

Cape Verde 18th May

Fishing is still great!! SMOKER has released 121 Blue Marlin so far in the season since end o march.

Cape Verde 8th May

Our season is great so far!! SMOKER and his anglers already released over 100 Blue Marlin

and we still have 6 weeks to go.

There are also plenty of good fish in between with 25 of the Marlin were over 450 pounds!

Cape Verde 13th April

The last 15 days SMOKER and his anglers released 29 Blue Marlin averaging 450 pounds. The biggest was 800 lb plus with several more fish between 500 and 800 pounds seen .

So far we fished most of the time out of Sao Vicente where we have nice blue water and a consistent bite at the moment,

Ascension Island 7th feburary

Our season has started end of jan on Ascension. HARMATTAN is seeing 1 Blue Marlin a day , average size over 500 lb. Tuna up to 230 pound has also caught , along with countless Jacks, wahoo and Dorados.
Biggest Marlin was 850 lb so far.
Right now our angeles from the UK are spending most time jigging and insure fishing catching big numbers of game fish up to 100 lb.
